The £2.9m design and build contract at Danes Crest in Brompton, Northallerton is being constructed on behalf of Karbon Homes.
Gus Robinson Developments identified the site as having potential to deliver a range of new and affordable homes within an area of Northallerton where there was identified need. The development comprises of 21 new homes, a mix of terraced and semi-detached houses and bungalows.
