Here at Gus Robinson Developments Ltd we are justifiably proud of our commitment to providing a safe and healthy environment for all employees and all persons who may be affected by our operations.
At Gus Robinson Developments Ltd, we directly employ a Health and Safety Advisor. In doing so, we maintain efficient productivity by providing the workforce with a safe working environment, ensuring the contentment of employees by endeavouring to maintain the lowest possible accident rate statistics and reportable incidents. Our commitment to providing a safe and healthy working environment is reflected by the high retention rate of company staff.
Striving to achieve zero safety incidents on all our projects, we are proud to have been awarded a ROSPA Gold Medal following six consecutive years of achieving Gold Awards.
We have accreditation to the Contractors Health and Safety Scheme (CHAS) that demonstrates our compliance with, and sound management of, Health and Safety legislation and we have accreditation to the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. We employ our own qualified Lead Auditor to maintain this accreditation.
We strongly believe that a ‘Right First Time’ policy is the most effective, and cost efficient method of ensuring a defect free service/product for the end user. Traditionally, quality control identifies defects at the end of the work process, and rectifies them within a given timescale. At Gus Robinson Developments Ltd, we adopt a modern approach to quality assurance by managing quality in throughout the process, rather than inspecting defects out.
